Need thread lock and pin #43
Description
We have a sort of thread editor, it should probably be added to that. But they should not be available to non-supers. Note that this is frontend security only; the backend allows anyone to lock a thread (but nobody can set a pin so that's ok, and locking a thread isn't a big deal)
