Copy button not working when using _include statements

It looks like the copy bottom doesn't show up when using _include for example, in https://docs.rapids.ai/deployment/stable/cloud/aws/ec2/#install-rapids

we use

```{include} ../../_includes/install-rapids-with-docker.md

```

but when rendering the copy button doesn't display.

I wonder if it's a plugin ordering thing. Maybe the include gets run after the copybutton or something. I'm not sure where to start in debugging this though.
