Apply query string to GetAll for product

hi,

This is a great package, very helpful. However, i can't figure out how to post the queryString as part of the method call for shopnode.products.getAll({},{...query string...??}, callback).

Can you please post a sample call?

I've found that same bug how the queryString is processed in version 0.0.2

In the resource.js file a line the the getAll prototype function.

var rPath = this.urlPathFromRoute('getAll', queryParameters);

to

var rPath = this.urlPathFromRoute('getAll', params, queryParameters);

There is still an issue how the extension is applied.
