New revisions not showing up after editing

Steps to reproduce

1. Publish a new test.
2. Edit the test Title
3. Edit the test Description (add Markdown link)
4. Save changes (Preview looks correct)
5. Publish changes

End result

• The user listing item is updated (see below) but does not change any data on the page.
• The main page does not include a revision history entry or related link.
