Filter services by endpoint version

The table of services in the Test bench "services" tab should list endpoints filtered by supported version.  The version of the endpoint is obtained by the endpoint's manifest.

Test bench v1.0 should list endpoints that support v1.x including v1.0-draft.
Test bench v0.2 should list endpoints that support v0.x including v0.2 and v0.1.
