Exception on Load

I appear to be getting the following exception on load. If I delete my .vs it goes away:

For context: I am heavily refactoring my solution and consolidating projects, deleting them from source control after moving code from one to another. Other tools such as ReSharper and struggling to keep up with the chaos so you are in good company. 😅
