Errors of multithreading

I compiled DSRC with Makefile.c++11 option, then run it with -t2 option. I got

Warning: passing a FASTQ file without '.fastq' extension
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::system_error'
  what():  Enable multithreading to use std::thread: Operation not permitted
Aborted (core dumped)
