Add an option that requires the items you want to use in the circuit.

I would like to see an option where in the config to make it so that you had to have the actual items in your inventory to spend. For example of you wanted to place redstone dust, you have to have readstone dust in your inventory to place.

I like that as an option. What I am wondering though is, how would the circuit cloning recipe work in a way that also requires the materials.
