Missing link to the actual launch in slack notification

After upgrading to the latest version of Report Portal and upgrading the slack plugin to version 1.1.0, we are missing the link to the actual launch in the slack notification. Before upgrading there was a link which was pointing to the launch.

@ivankneo hi. Could you describe your deployment? Is it Docker compose or Kubernetes? What kind of ingress do you use?

@ivankneo , hello. This situation is quite weird. Our QA team have checked on their instance and link is presenting in messages.
Could you please try to re-install plugin and re-configure notifications?

@raikbitters we are using kubernetes deployment. Ingress - Gateway API and Istio. We had the issue with reportportal-api - reportportal/service-api#2310 , but after dropping the x-forwarded-proto header from the reportportal-api , things are working again.
@Pink-Bumblebee Ive tried this already, because i reinstall to the old version 1.0.1 - which was not working and then installed the 1.1.0 version. Maybe the issue with the missing link is somehow related to the x-forwarde-proto header drop that we made to mitigate the issue from reportportal/service-api#2310.

@raikbitters Thank you! Ive added the env variable to the Service API, but we are still cannot see the link to the launch.

Previously, Automation_Tests_Run#46 was a link to the test.
