Hover effect targeting both icons in header

As seen in the demo video both icons are increasing in size regardless of which button is hovered, which seems like the incorrect behavior

@sirconfy I'm not a maintainer or anything for Responsively so I can't assign issues

They may be open to PR's though. I would look for contribution docs (usually something like CONTRIBUTING.md) for guidelines.

It looks like PR #82 was submitted with a fix, but was closed by the submitter. Should be able to use the same solution though.
