Swap words unexpected behaviour

Right now swap_words_transform only swaps words if domain_components contains words from the wordlist.

There should probably be two different transforms:

Input words:

staging
dev

Input subdomains:

promo.staging.google.com

swap_all_words():

dev.staging.google.com
staging.staging.google.com
promo.dev.google.com
promo.staging.google.com

swap_words():

promo.dev.google.com
