Actogram, Period in Rethomics, hours #48

Hi!

I'm fairly new to R and especially to rethomics, so this might be a little basic, but I appreciate any help!

So, first of all: In the actograms, the y axis is marked as period. What does this period actually stand for? Also, in my actograms, I'm only shown 4 days. However, I have measurements for 6 days. How can this be fixed?

Secondly: I'm only shown days, but it would be really useful to see the hours of the day in the actogram to see at which times the animals are most active. How can I incorporate this into my code?

And the last thing: My supervisors want me to try single plotted actograms, to see if it is easier to understand as double plotted actograms are not commonly known in my field. How do I need to adapt the code to make this work?

Thank you for any help!
Johanna
