No such file or directory

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

I have tried pod install, but all I get is "[!] No `Podfile' found in the project directory." because there is no podfile.

I got around that problem by deleting the PhotoViewerTests target.
