off topic question: any FranklinWH certified installers here?

this is definitely not something to be fixed in code: i need a new FranklinWH certified installer because i will never again use my original installer for a variety of reasons.  but this issue reaches a community i support and can work with.  i am also considering whether to become certified myself so comments much appreciated.
