refactor: change user-wide default on macOS to `~/config/ricochet/config.toml`

We currently use the XDG default which is ~/Library/Application Support/ricochet/config.toml. Yet I have this default default on macOS, also because of the whitespace in the path. It's always a pain to go there and look for something.

I think we should change it to the common location of ~/config/ricochet/config.toml. WDTY @JosiahParry?

I think the two following paths are appropriate:

• ~/.config/ricochet/config.toml
• ~/.ricochet/config.toml
