Rive viewer for windows #73

Hi team -
I have a working Rive viewer (using TVG) similar to the one in the examples folder, but it works on windows. The existing viewer requires Elementary, which is very difficult to get working on windows. My viewer (src attached) instead uses GLFW for windowing.
Question: Should it be added to this repository? If so, where?
