Need the missing conda environment.yml file or requirements.txt with Python version required

The code from the book does not run without a LOT of fooling around with Python package versions. I bought the book to have full access to the latest code and feedback from you and the customer community.

Please provide the specific conda environment.yml file with the Python version so that we can recreate your 2 year old runtime environment.

Some things were updated 2 years ago and a few things 2 months ago.

The code does not work in Chapter 3 or Chapter 7 due to incompatible versions of Numpy, Scipy, and Pandas.

It is unclear whether to use for Numpy, Scipy, and Pandas from 2 months ago or 2 years ago.
