Update to .NET 8?

Hi all,

First of all thanks for being able to use this library.
I was wondering if it was possible to port this project to .NET 8 or .NET standard.
I've done a quick test and didn't see anything shocking.

I copied the code and made it .NET 8 projects.
It worked to get a single attribute.

Would like to know the opinions on your side.
