implement caching for bank logo bitmaps #51
Description
Currently, the logo comes in from the backend as a base64 encoded png and is saved in local db as such.
There is at least one instance where the logo (string) is passed, along with other data, as a nav argument. I would like to avoid this for obvious reasons.
