Add colorbox for page previews in the admin

I would like to use the colorbox jquery plugin to add a realtime preview of changes to the admin.

to display the "docs" for splashtags would be nice as well (so people can see the available tags and how to use them... a simple colorbox that opens the splashtags wiki page here)
