Grid of Image Posts: Filtering for Taxonomy makes usually hidden complianz dialog show full size. Reloading page shows expected result without complianz dialog.

I'm currently advising on an issue with a wordpress website. On request i can give the URL to see what's happening. I don't want to be accused of promoting a website here.

On said page AQL is used with the "Grid of Image Posts" to filter a list of multilanguage posts (filtered by polylang) for a set of Taxonomies.
Opening the Page witout any filter, except the language filtering of course, the list displays fine. When clicking on one of the listed taxonomies the complianz dialog immediately appears full size and scrollable. If i use browser internal developer tools to hide the dialog the list of posts is filtered by selected taxonomy. The url also contains the query string.
Opening the url including the query string displays the filtered list without issue.

So somehow within the script code active after clicking on a taxonomy the hidden complianz dialog is displayed in full size without layout.

Update: I found the option to remove the complianz dialog from said page specifically and now filtering taxonomies doesn't work at all.
