Create hide future date lodgic based on detail expression saved in admin table

The idea is to use the table to create a list of measures that are the exceptions to hidding future dates, then pull the detailed query so that a specific date can be used, i.e. sales never go passed today, else budget & forcast may go upuntil the end of data.

it might just be easier to have 3 measure that are hidden against the TI table: AC, PL, FC
