Add translation with gettext

I would like to add translations to my language, however, I found that the project is not ready to use gettext.

Can you tell me if someone from the development team can do this?

I am ready to do this, but in this case, I would like to receive recommendations on implementation, if the developers have any suggestions.

Nice! I think there's at least two things here:

1. making sure the right text domain is bound for libphosh. This would get you 99% there as you'd pick up all the translations etc from phosh
2. setting up gettext for phrosh itself and adding translations for strings like those passed to set_unlock_status with things like gettext-rs

@samcday might have a preference about the the gettext crate being used but I think 1. could be done already (which carries most of the translatable strings, clock formats, etc).

We might want to move 1. to libphosh at some point to and then bump the phrog libphosh dependency so i18n initialization is consistent for libphosh users (like the demos in libphosh-rs).
