Rewrite the tests.

Currently the tests written in Go aren't functional and we need to rewrite them to make sure they work correctly. The tests were written when we tried to implement our own MCP go implementation. But we  dropped our implementation in favor of using mcp-go implementation which handles all the transport and protocol implementation.

To fix, we need to port the tests to the new implementation.
