I counted the files and it looks like there are a total of 16 markdown files in the becoming-a-maintainer course. I was thinking we can split it 8 files each.

I'll have a branch where I work on these 8 files.

5. communication-and-collaboration.md
6. getting-practical.md
   8 .glossary.md

You can have a branch working on these next 8 files.

1. how-to-setup-your-project.md
2. intro.md
3. issues-and-pull-requests.md
4. maintainer-powerups.md
5. maintainers-guestbook.md
6. maintaining-code-quality.md
7. metrics-and-analytics.md
8. your-team.md

Then I will make a PR into your branch when my files have been translated. Once all files are in your branch then you can make a PR to the main repo :)

@a-ridley I was looking at your contribution and I realized something very important: the file names must also be translated and must not have accents, use estranslations as a reference
then you will also have to modify the link paths in the README file
