As a TL (Tom) I would like the Tableau plate level tracking report to be updated to include new columns and text so that financial planning is improved.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• 'library_type_ordered' column added before the 'libary_type' column
• 'project_name' column added before the sequencing_cost_code column
• The new columns are searchable
• The text in the report limitations is updated to include the new columns only being populated once an order is made in SciOps
• Optional - can the Report Limitations and Confluence Page link be on the same horizontal level as the Search bar?

@sabrine33 Thanks this ticks all the boxes, although I'm guessing getting "Report Limitations and Confluence Page link be on the same horizontal level as the Search bar?" wasn't possible?
