This looks fine to me.

It is odd that the mlwarehouse sample table has "name" and "sanger_sample_id" which are mostly the same, except when they are not. In prod the difference is mainly related to Heron samples and could be more to do with the route into the system than anything else.

But in terms of reporting I think this will do.
