references obsolete and nonexistent pocketsphinx version

I don't know which [pocketsphinx] you use but in the current versions at least the only available ones https://github.com/cmusphinx/pocketsphinx, those constructs " cmd_ln_int32_r"... are never ever used anymore. Please reference the pocketsphinx version you used. Otherwise it's a shame because this seems like a good project.
