Articles don't allows for uploading images #3
Description
The article creation page does not allow for uploading images to go along with the submitted articles. This was not implemented as we did not have a long term solution for image storage. Once that is established by the client, the article images can be uploaded in a similar manner to what is done in art submissions and ad submissions.
