Feature Request: add one line about kernel version at the top of report or other place

Currently, need to use file name to track compare kernel result, if can add base and test kernel version in the result, will be better, thank you.

Good suggestion. How about adding a standalone file to elaborate on the test environment?
For example, we can add a file named xxxx_report.txt into the same folder where xxxx_report.csv locates.
