Add functionality to share the posts on clicking share button

Short description on the issue
As of now, the functionality of share button has not been implemented.
Possible fix
Add functionality to share the post, either generate some URL for sharing the post or a popup to share on different social sites, like linkedin, twitter etc.
@psnmissaka, @tharindupr Please review the issue and let me if I can procced further to fix this.
