Scribe-i18n xcstrings file isn't formatted correctly such so that there are no modifications on emulator run

Behavior

A general problem we're having with Scribe-iOS development is that the Scribe-i18n iOS scripts don't seem to be generating a .xcstrings file that is formatted correctly. This was discussed here. Specifically:

• When we bring over a new version of Scribe-i18n with a .xcstrings file and then run the emulator there are edits to the file
• We would ideally have no edits to the file by running the emulator in Scribe-iOS, but rather only via Scribe-i18n so that the strings file is maintained within the localization repository

We should take a look at this when we convert over this repo to work with a Git submodule of Scribe-i18n rather than a Git subtree.

I see no changes in Localized.strings after build since #576 merged. I think no further work is needed, @andrewtavis :)
