Improvement Suggestion - Default Table of Contents style

Would it be possible to create a default Table of Contents style that justifies the page numbers to the edge of the text frame rather than having to utilise the Tabs and Indentations section to manually position them?

This is common in other widely used DTP software such as InDesign and Affinity Publisher.

I am not suggesting removing the manual adjustment, but this default would make it easier for users to quickly get the ToC setup.

I have to admit, that I don't know how InDesign and Affinity Publisher do that without using tabs.
Would you mind giving some details?

In its current state, I don't think that Scribus has a way to do it without tabs.

But, for sure, automatically creating styles would indeed be highly desirable...
Now that we finally have the style based TOC, we need to find good way to make it more usable.

If you have specific ideas how to improve it, don't refrain from suggesting them : - )
