DexGo

Project Description

DexGo is a Move‑to‑Earn & Learn‑to‑Earn social NFT game with Social‑Fi elements. Players lace up NFT sneakers, walk curated real‑world routes across their city, and earn money while completing AR mini‑games at route stops. The mission is simple: get people off their screens, exploring their own cities, and rewarding healthy activity with on‑chain ownership.
Players progress by choosing themed city routes and interacting with AR challenges. NFT sneakers are core game objects: they’re tradable, rentable, and have endurance limits tied to non‑stop kilometers, creating meaningful progression and an in‑game economy.
DexGo has shipped smart contracts, integrated with the OpenBiSea NFT marketplace, completed a $20,000 pre‑sale of NFT sneakers, released a public demo, and ran a closed beta in Kyiv. The roadmap expands localization across major cities and scales partnerships and marketing.

Problem / Solution

Looking at the many sitting people, buried in their phones and not seeing anything around them, we really want to do something about it. After all, there are so many interesting things around us, and movement is necessary for our body and for health.

We want to bring people back to the streets, give them an interesting ability to communicate and have fun together. As well as open opportunities to create content and earn on it

Detailed product description

DexGo combines an AR-powered game engine, an NFT smart contract system, and a route marketplace into one platform.
The AR module uses GPS and mini-games to turn real-world walks into interactive challenges. NFT sneakers, managed by smart contracts, track wear, repairs, and rewards, ensuring secure ownership. The route marketplace lets players and advertisers create and monetize unique walking paths, blending exploration, gameplay, and an on-chain economy into a single experience.

Go-to-Market plan

DexGo will leverage its existing Web2 audience from TikTok, Instagram, and local community channels to onboard users into the Web3 version of the game. By integrating an in-game wallet and NFT marketplace, we will seamlessly transition casual AR gamers into blockchain participants without heavy onboarding friction.
Our launch will focus first on markets where we already have traction—Ukraine, Poland, France, Germany, and the USA—before expanding to new cities. Partnerships with tourism departments and local businesses will create sponsored routes, driving both adoption and monetization.
This hybrid approach allows us to convert an engaged Web2 player base into active Web3 users, quickly capturing market share in the Move-to-Earn and AR gaming segments.

Value capture for Secret Network ecosystem

DexGo will drive measurable growth for the Secret Network by increasing the number of active users, transactions, and on-chain asset activity through its NFT sneaker economy and route marketplace. Each in-game action—NFT minting, repairs, rentals, and route purchases—translates into on-chain transactions, boosting network usage.
By integrating Secret Network’s privacy features into player data, location-based challenges, and marketplace interactions, we add a unique value layer not found in other Move-to-Earn games. This grant will also create opportunities for developers to build additional modules, AR experiences, and advertiser tools on top of our framework, further expanding the Secret Network ecosystem.
