Tooltip

I really liked your style for Tooltip. Can you repeat this for the history-panel menu, placesToolbar, bookmarks-menu-button and sidebar. Or maybe just create a template for the Tooltip. Another question is whether you can help me again with your Tooltip for the script, which is in the attachment. I used to use the button from Infocatcher, now I switched to this script. It uses mupp_0.setAttribute("tooltip", "bhTooltip"), and I'm interested in adding your Tooltip. The script is for personal use, I will not post it anywhere.
