Issue Description:
The options panel disappears after screen rotation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tap the Android Auto item.
2. Tap the three-dot icon in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Create shortcut.
4. Tap the icon in the center of the screen.
5. Observe that the options panel appears. Rotate the device by 90 degrees.
6. The issue occurs: the options panel disappears.
