Known Issue: Encoding issue when using GRASS processing tool on macOS

This issue affects the QGIS version of FWDET on MacOS for QGIS: 3.18.0-Zürich and 3.16.4-Hannover.

If the error trace includes `UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\xb0' in position 898: ordinal not in range(128)` you are likely running into this issue. This issue is known to the QGIS developers and discussed (in this issue)[https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/41870].
