add sdsswork data release #124
Description
main thing people might want to care about given the DR19 freeze is in the distant past is now actually accessing stuff from new data / upcoming data releases.
this means the creation of the work data release, which consists of making all files based on whatever is in sdsswork, and made to automagically run based on when boss/astra rerun.
