Find a way to run it automatically from time to time

Description

It would be awesome it we could document a way to install it in a way that it will make it run automatically from time to time, so we would keep our local branches clean.

I am not sure if gh itself would support some hooks for other actions like (pr) or if we could use git directly or a shell function/alias to 'inject' ourselves into the normal execution.

I'm not planning on supporting it positively because it goes beyond the scope of a simple cli tool.
