Numa Documentation is not up-to-date

This repository represents the documentation for a first iteration of Numa, which was a Blazor Server App targeting .NET 8. Now, Numa is a Blazor Web App targeting .NET 9 that uses CLEAN architecture principles & a mixture of WebAssembly & Server components. A lot has changed in the official Numa repo. Copilot should have access to the Numa repo. We need to re-write this NumaDocs repo to adequately document the official Numa repo.
