Showing those who signed up for the event on the signup page (Enhancement)

Hello!

I wonder if its possible to show people who signup on the signup form or if there is lava template or maybe there might be something im missing. One of the complaints I get the most from our transition from Signup Genius is there is no description area or a place for those who signed up to see themselves/other that have selected that role. Would love to see if this is a possibility. Thank you!
