Matching of DOB

If the form to register for a volunteer position requires the birthdate field AND the user registering has an empty birthday field on their profile, the Volunteer Wizard will create a new profile vs linking the registration to the correct profile.

The issue, if a user has a blank birthday field, the Volunteer Wizard will not find a match.
