store-webapp-sample has inconsistent behaviour leading to HTTP 403 errors

Connection to the application randomly triggers a HTTP 403 error (`Forbidden` message in the browser) after restart. 

Setting a specific REST path as per http://seedstack.org/docs/web/rest/#base-path seems to solve the problem.
