Using SAMJ on slices from a stack ?

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin.
I would like to suggest adding the option to work on single slices from an image stack. For example by providing a way to select the current slice and initiate SAMJ for it , but without removing the existing Rois in the RoiManager.
