Reduced performance for larger files

Hi,

When I use SAMJ with a single image it works wonders. However, I need to analyze multiple images. I was trying to make a montage of images and when I run the Batch SAMize the quality of the segmentation decreases significantly, and it gets worse the more pictures I add to the montaged picture. I used scaling factor 1 when combining the images, so it's not an issue of reduced resolution.

This result is expected. SAM internally re-scales the image to 1024x1024 thus if you have made an image out of several images, you will be losing a lot of resolution in the model.
I am going to release ASAP the possibility to use SAMJ from macros. With this, they way to go would be to process every image independently using and sequentially using a macro.
I will let you know when this is released.
