Add GPU acceleration to SAM #44
Description
Add CUDA and MPS acceleration to SAMJ.
Im thinking about a check box that is enabled when the software detects a gpu during installation and installs the corresponding binaries.
FOR Macos m1 shuold already be possible to do it
