Deploy microservice after merge into dev-integrate

We want to implement the ability to automatically deploy this microservice once a PR has been merged into dev-integrate

If we can get this working for the Entity API we can apply this to Ingest, UUID, Search APIs. We can begin investigating a similar implementation for the Portal and Data Ingest Board
