Add comprehensive documentation for custom Studios examples including: - Marimo (reactive Python notebooks) - Streamlit (interactive web apps with MultiQC demo) - CELLxGENE (single-cell data visualization) - Shiny (R-based interactive web apps) - TTYD (web-based terminal) - IGV (genomic data browser) Includes deployment instructions, prerequisites, and guidance on providing files via environment variables and data-links.
