"Decrypting" of not yet known Modbus-Register

Hi, we are also investigating the Modbus-Protocol of the Sermatec Inverter (in a Hycube System).
Our current status is summarized in this Excel spreadsheet (unfortunately mostly in English, but Google Translate can help):

In column "J" I have noted the values the Hycube Controller is writing into the Sermatec Inverter.

Maybe you can help to "decrypt" the not yet known registers.
