Add setting for maximum uses per player #40
Description
It would be really beneficial to have a new setting that allows us to set the number of uses a sign can have on a per-player basis. For example, if you wanted to grant each player a one-time permission to unlock a new area, or a one-time prize at the end of a dungeon.
